Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Eastern Time.

Salary: $20–$25/hour + Uncapped Performance Bonuses.

Work Location: 100% Remote (Target States: TX, FL, TN, GA, NC).

About Us:

CTC Stack is a B2B growth and digital agency working with private dental practices across the U.S. We help clinics acquire patients for high-value procedures such as Dental Implants, Full-Arch Restorations, Veneers, and Cosmetic Dentistry.

What You’ll Do:

Make 60–80 targeted outbound calls daily to dental practice owners, doctors, and practice managers.
Build and enrich prospect lists using our SOPs.
Navigate gatekeepers and reach clinic decision-makers.
Qualify prospects and communicate the value of our patient acquisition solutions.
Book 10–15 minute Growth Qualification meetings.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up via phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
As you progress, transition from booking meetings to conducting initial qualification calls yourself.

Who We’re Looking For:

Native or fluent U.S. English with strong phone communication skills.
Proven experience in B2B cold calling or phone sales.
Strong objection handling and gatekeeper navigation skills.
Experience in dental, medical, SaaS, or marketing services is a plus.
Comfortable with CRM systems, dialers, Google Calendar, and Google Meet.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.

Compensation & Benefits:

$20–$25/hour base rate.
Bonus for every held Qualified Growth Call.
