Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Eastern Time.
About CTC Stack:
We are a specialized B2B growth and digital agency working exclusively with private dental practices across the United States. We help practice owners fill their schedules for high-value procedures—such as Dental Implants, Full-Arch Restorations, Veneers, and Cosmetic Dentistry.
Now we’re building our outbound sales team and looking for motivated SDRs ready to have real conversations and book qualified meetings.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Execute 60–80 targeted outbound calls daily to decision-makers (Practice Owners/Doctors and Practice Managers) at private dental clinics across the US.
- Build and gather prospect bases of target dental clinics following our clear step-by-step SOPs.
- Professionally and confidently navigate front-desk staff to connect directly with Practice Managers and Practice Owners.
- Engage practice decision-makers in brief conversations.
- Schedule Google Meets for our account executives.
- Maintain clean CRM records, log calls, and execute multi-channel follow-up sequences across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Participate in daily team check-ins to review call recordings, script adherence, and pipeline quality.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong spoken English and confident phone presence.
- Comfortable handling objections and making a high volume of calls.
- Self-motivated, organized, and open to feedback and coaching.
- Proven track record in B2B outbound cold calling or phone sales.
- Previous experience in sales or Healthcare is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
- $20/hour - $25/hour contractor role.
- Bonus for every held/completed Qualified Growth Google Meet Call.
- Secondary bonus when a clinic activates and becomes a client.
- 100% remote.
Job Type: Full-Time | Independent Contractor.
